Cancelation Policy:

I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In my desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give me 24 hours advance notice you may be charged the full amount of your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.

No-shows:

Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged for their “missed” appointment.

Late Arrivals:

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, I will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for payment for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to me as your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.

In home and chair massage events:

All in home massages require at least a two week notice for booking and a $50.00 deposit per person which will be applied to the remaining balance. If you have to cancel please give at least a 24 hours notice. If less then 24 hours notice is given, I reserve the right to keep the deposit as fee. All chair events require at least two weeks notice to set up and 24 hours notice cancelation.

Insurance Billing:

Please note I can not bill insurance for missed, forgotten or canceled appointments. If you have to miss your session for any reason please call and give 24 hours notice else I reserve the right to bill you a fee which may be up to $40.00 for each missed session.

Sickness:

Massage is never appropriate for infectious or contagious illness Please contact me to reschedule as soon as you are aware of being ill or exposed to a contagious condition. If within less then the 24 hour notice period the fee may be waived based on circumstances.
